Acuppa is the head of Catering at Pigfrog Command. He makes sure that General Moundrot gets the finest food, and always has a good stock of chocolate cigars for his boss. He is mild-mannered and not very keen on squashing slugs (although he will, if ordered to) – hence his having joined the catering corps when he was younger.
